Omar Apollo Lands in Vegas and NYC for Two Nights Only

It’s time to get back to, once again, one of the most promising R&B artists around. We’re talking about Omar Apollo, who we’ve already talked about in our Music Daily special dedicated to him.

And now, we’re back to announce three final dates (plus one) for his tour. As he recently announced, the artist is heading to two of the major venues in the country to share his incredible music.

London, New York City, Las Vegas

A long time has passed since Omar Apolonio Velasco, musically known as Omar Apollo, left his house in Hobart, Indiana, to pursue a career in music. The results are evident, now more than ever. The Mexican-American is, in fact, set to play far from home in three of the most important music cities in the world. Starting in London, UK, on September 20th of this year, the artist will perform on two continents. Leaving Europe, he will then head back to his home country, the US, to delight his compatriots. Apollo will perform first in Las Vegas for two nights on September 23 and 24 at the Life Is Beautiful Fest. He will then leave the West Coast to hit New York City with his incredible music. For one night only, on October 17, Omar Apollo will perform at the one and only Madison Square Garden.

Live For Me

The two dates in Las Vegas will precede Omar Apollo’s upcoming release. He is set to drop a short collection of songs that he introduced on his Instagram profile as “four songs that I hold very close to me.”

The new EP will see the light on October, 6, only a few days before the final event in New York. The album is called Live For Me, and includes the previously released single “Ice Slipping.”

The short album marks his first release since this February’s single “3 Boys.” Live For Me will, however, be his first album release since 2022’s Ivory.
