Only two months after his latest successes, DaBaby released not only one, but two new singles. BONNET (ft. Pooh Shiesty) and WIG, in collaboration with Moneybagg, are the titles of the artist’s new -hard- work.
DaBaby’s rise to success with frequent, loved singles and mixtapes
Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, musically known as DaBaby, was born in Cleveland, OH, in 1991. He is one of the most followed and valued artist in the rap and trap scene. With almost 36 millions monthly listeners on Spotify, he is ranked #51 most listened artist in the world.
DaBaby took on the rap world in 2019. After signing a distribution contract with Jay Z ‘Roc Nation in 2018, he gained a lot of attention with the release of his album “Baby On Baby” on March 1, 2019 reaching number 25 on the US Billboard 200 album.
Despite the felonies and the controversies, something that seems sure about DaBaby is that he will release new songs all year long. In fact, he is back on it again with two singles, BONNET (ft. Pooh Shiesty) and WIG (& Moneybagg).

DaBaby is also ready to appear on the long-awaited 2022 Rolling Loud music festival in Miami. Together with the rapper, the incredible line-up includes Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar and Future to headline the show. DaBaby will perform on July 23rd with artist of the likes of Gunna, Lil Uzi Vert and Gucci Mane.
