Red Hot Chili Peppers Announced a New Album!

Rock n’ Roll legendary ban, Red Hot Chili Peppers is back! Now, I know that this year they released the 17 Track album “Unlimited Love.” Yet, these guys said “Nah, let’s just release ANOTHER album this year too.” With a live announcement made by Anthony Keidis and Flea at Empower Field in Mile High, Colorado. We now know of “Return of the Dream Canteen.”

Red Hot Chili Peppers and Return of the Dream Canteen:

So what is this and how did this come to be? Glad you asked, let’s take a look at it. As to what this upcoming work is, according to their Instagram post about it they had this to say:

Well we figured it out. 2 double albums released back to back.”

Return of the Dream Canteen is everything we are and ever dreamed of being.

Basically the band got back together, jammed out, and found their love for each other and music and said “Let’s do this!” Which, honestly, that’s pretty damn wholesome and I for one support this approach to creating. Do it with your best friends and do it out of love. Of course, with this economy that’s getting harder and harder to do, BUT ANYWAY… Are you excited for Red Hot Chili Pepper and their double whammy with Return to the Dream Canteen? If you are, that’s great! The album is set to release this October 14th so keep an ear out! For more on your favorites and unknown check out our Word and Drops sections.
