Jesse McCartney musical journey

Jesse McCartney party for two

Jesse McCartney began his career at the age of 6 when he performed in the local musical Oliver. The artist had his first television experience on Broadway in The King and I and A Christmas Carol. Then, he became famous in the early 2000s as a member of the boy band, Dream Street. He was a member of the band between 2000 and 2002. Then, he pursued a career as a solo artist. In 2003 he released his biggest success, Beautiful Soul.

The album describes the love for his then-fiancée

The album is very honest, and talks about the relationship between Jesse McCartney and his then-fiancée Katie Peterson. It includes his two singles, Kiss The World Goodbye and Party For Two, a song that he wrote inspired by the day when he proposed to his then-girlfriend. In fact, October 8th, the day he released New Stage, is also the day he got married!

“I’m not very good at being vulnerable, but music is the one place I’ve been able to allow myself to pull back the curtain a little bit,” McCartney said to Bustle. “It also follows a hopeless romantic who finally finds himself in the relationship of his dreams. It has taken family, friends, and a whole lot of learning experiences to grow into the person I am today; someone who can look back, reflect, and feel the deepest sense of gratitude for the extremely fortunate life I have been given.”

On November, 4th Jesse McCartney’s “New Stage” Tour will kick off. The singer will perform in more than 20 cities until December 8th, where the final date in Los Angeles will take place.  Click here to find your tickets!
