Summer Walker Announces “The Summer Walker Series”

Summer Walker Hits the Road

The Atlanta-based R&B star, Summer Walker, announces a limited run of tour dates. “The Summer Walker Series” kicks off on March 19 in Houston at 713 Music Hall. She’ll travel to Chicago and Dallas before playing a string of festival dates over the summer. The second Houston date, first Chicago and first Dallas show dates have been sold out. In November, Summer Walker released her record Still Over It, following her 2019 breakthrough album, Over It. And her latest record lives up to the hype Summer created after releasing Over It. According to Rolling Stone, Over It was the most streamed album by a female artist since Beyonce’s Lemonade. And Summer and her team promoted the album in some clever ways. In several major cities like Chicago and NYC, Summer placed her album on a hard drive encased in a glass box. Fans had the chance to smash the glass box with a hammer to win the hard drive and listen to the album early.

“Still Over It” features “No Love,” a sultry collab between Summer Walker and SZA. The pair’s R&B stylings complement each other perfectly on this track. Check it out below.
