Chris Brown Goes Crazy With Remixed Viral Hit

The viral song that took over 2020 and went crazy over airways is back in 2021 with a few more hot artists in Hip-Hop on the Remix. Chris Brown’s “Go Crazy” featuring Young Thug took TikTok by storm. It’s so catchy that you didn’t have to hear the whole song to catch yourself singing it in your head. Now, he’s enlist the help of Lil Durk, Future, and Mulatto on this completely new rendition of the record.

Chris Brown and Young Thug Go Crazy On Original

The song sampled from the Showboys’ 1986 single “Drag Rap” has mainly gained popularity from the #gocrazychallenge circulating the web. The original single is off of the Hip-Hop legends’ collaboration mixtape Slime & B that came out last March. “Go Crazy” emerged as the duo’s most successful hit off the project and has near-perfect production and delivery by Young Thug and Chris Brown.

As Chris Brown’s biggest radio hit since 2008, it reached number five on Billboard Hot 100. This earned him his seventh top-five song as a lead artist. It was also Young Thug’s highest lead artist charting song in the US. Overall the track garnered three 2020 Soul Train Music Awards, including Song of the Year.

On this remix, we hear the same smooth mixing as the first one, but with a few new dimensions taking the song from crazy, to insane. After Brown’s vocals, Lil Durk starts things off with some nasty lyrics. Unsurprisingly, He and Future’s flow match the beat and cadence of the original song perfectly. Mulatto does her thing on the track as well, proving her status as a premier female rapper.

All three featured artist have been busy at work during 2020. Lil Durk came out with two project with The Voice and Just Cause Y’all Waited 2. Future was no different with High Off Life and his collaboration album with Lil Uzi: Pluto x Baby Pluto. Mulatto a release of her own with Queen of Da Souf  earlier in the year.

Unfortunely, Young Thug’s part is not featured in the remix, but the song is still the banger. Overall, for all the artists, it starts 2021 off with a solid collaboration.
