Bruce Springsteen Performing For Concert Fundraiser

With a couple speculations of new music and projects in the works, Brunch Springsteen has slowly made his way back into the limelight. In addition to his induction into the Grammy Hall Of Fame, and starting a podcast with former president Barack Obama, Springsteen is now ready to hit the stage for Music On A Mission.

Music On a Mission

Back in 1993, The Recording Academy created the charity organization by the name Musicares. Originally, they gave out an award for Person Of The Year.  However, due to COVID-19, they have introduced Music on a Mission: a virtual fundraiser for the music community. The pandemic has effected artists everywhere, this event aims to raise money to keep them creating. The event takes place this Friday, March 12. The 63rd Grammy Awards telecast will broadcast two days after.

Tickets are available to the public for $25 and are on sale now on MusiCares.org.

Since it’s start, MusiCares has distributed more than $22 million to help 25,000 people in the music industry during the pandemic. This includes songwriters, musicians, engineers, producers, bus drivers, crew, guitar techs, label employees, makeup artists and more

In hope of raising a lot of money, Bruce Springsteen will perform alongside legendary artists like Stevie Nicks, Tom Petty, and Usher.

Bruce Springsteen’s Hall Of Fame Induction

Along with his return to the stage, Bruce Springsteen has recently been inducted into the 2021 Grammy Hall of Fame. Now, Springsteen’s debut studio album Greetings From Asbury Park, N.J.  is listed along among the greats.

The critically acclaimed album that put him on the map released in 1973. Despite great reviews, the album didn’t reach charts until 1985, in the wake of Springsteen’s Born in the U.S.A. tour. His career has evolved over five decades and with it, a reputation of poetic and conscious music. In the end, His stardom rightfully earned him a spot in music history, and he doesn’t seem to be running out of juice anytime soon.
