Continuing their touring streak this year, boygenius is set to go back on the road this fall! Here’s what we know so far:
5-Stop Tour Coming This Fall
Phoebe Bridgers, Lucy Dacus, and Julien Baker of boygenius are currently on their summer tour, “the tour.” However, on July 12th, they announced five additional dates hitting the states this fall!
After the release of their debut album, the record, boygenius will be going coast to coast to play their latest tracks. The tour is a major step for the trio, as they are playing some of the nation’s most popular venues. On October 2nd, you can find boygenius playing the iconic Madison Square Garden in New York. Moreover, later that month, they will also be playing a Halloween show at LA’s Hollywood Bowl.
To add on, boygenius’s opening acts may sound familiar to you. The fall tour kicks off on September 25th in Boston, MA. On September 28th, the trio will make their way to New Haven. Both of these stops will be accompanied by Palehound as the opening act. Samia will join the group for Philadelphia’s show on September 30th (she’s one of our past Music Daily featured artists!) MUNA will be opening for the October 2nd show at Madison Square Garden. And lastly, for the final Halloween show, 100 gecs and special guest Sloppy Jane will close out boygenius’s touring (for now).
