Logic Is Getting Back Up With New Single

Logic is back with more new music after announcing the end of his retirement last month. Now the lyrical rapper is at it again with the single “Get Up“.

This is the first time we’ve heard new music from the rapper, but just last month he made his debut back on the airwaves with The YS CollectionThe mixtape is a 16-track project that features songs over 10 years old, before Logic had a record deal.

Almost everything on the album, however, is already on SoundCloud or some other streaming service. To end the compilation, Logic also added a new track, “Tokyo Nights”.

Logic then dropped ‘Vaccine’  just a few weeks later.

Now we hear more from the speedy rapper as he keeps dusting off the cobwebs from retirement. In the latest single “Get Up,” Logic talks about how important it is to persevere through tough times. He uses this track to give thanks to his team and family, as those people in his life have given him a solid foundation to build off of.

The song is a more laid-back take in comparison to some of his songs. The content is uplifting and great to vibe with. The song is by no means a chart-topper, but it definitely can fit a mood.

Logic Up To Something?

It is great to see one of the best rappers of our time spring back into action. Not even a month ago, he officially released his statement on Twitter of his return to music. If he is already releasing gems like this for his real fans, we can only imagine what he’s cooking up right now.

Although nothing has been announced, it is clear Logic is coming back better than ever and for all the right reasons. Be on the lookout this summer for him to drop some real new music for the fans, and who knows? We might even see an album too.
