▶ Featured Artist: Bad Suns

After the release of their last single Peachy, the Woodland Hills, California, band returns with a new single. Its name is Life Was Easier When I Only Cared About Me, and we couldn’t be any more excited!

That’s why, Bad Suns is our Featured Artist this week.

“Life Was Easier When I Only Cared About Me”

On January 12th, Bad Suns released their new single from their upcoming album.

The song joins another four singles from the group that formed in 2012 that were recently released. These are Heaven Is A Place In My Head, When The World Was Mine, Baby Blue Shades and Wishing Fountains. All the songs were released in 2021, except for Baby Blue Shades, that belongs to 2020.

And finally, the band also announced a new album! In fact, Christo Bowman (vocals/guitar), Gavin Bennett (bass), Miles Morris (drums) and Ray Libby (guitar) finally announced the date we were all waiting for.

On January 28th, the band will release their new album, the first since the 2019 “Mystic Truth!

“Apocalypse Whenever,” the band’s new album

Their fourth studio album, “Apocalypse Whenever” already has a lot to offer to their fans. In fact, the variety on the album wasn’t vastly different from the recent singles released.

Together with their debut album “Language & Perspective” (2014), 2016 “Disappear Here,” and “Mystic Truth” we’re sure the album will fit perfectly into an incredible discography.

The new album comprises 13-tracks and conceived as “the soundtrack to a movie that doesn’t yet exist.”
“We also knew we wanted the album to have a through-line, a story from beginning to end,” said Christo Bowman, frontman of the band.

January 28th will also mark the beginning of the band’s new tour. Bad Suns will perform in the US, kicking off at Sunshine Theater in Albuquerque. It will conclude at The Observatory North Park in San Diego on March 4, 2022.
