Warren Zeiders just announced the 2024 edition of the Pretty Little Poison tour. The college pro athlete turned country star is on a roll after releasing the debut album the tour is named after.
The singer-songwriter added twenty-four new dates for the tour. According to Music Row, the 2023 version of the tour was Zeiders’ “biggest headlining run to date with 27 sold-out shows, while the fall tour visited major festivals like Stagecoach, Faster Horses and Watershed, in addition to 18 sold-out shows including Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium.”
Not bad for a 24-year-old up-and-coming country artist. As he and his band travel the United States and Canada, they’ll be joined by Austin Williams and Clayton Mullen. Stops include Salt Lake City, Seattle, Toronto, Portland and more.
In an interview with Billboard, Zeiders discussed his transition from lacrosse star to country star following a career-ending injury. “I had an identity crisis when I had to give up lacrosse… So going through seven concussions, I went through a bit of depression, because concussions are not easy to go through… There was a heartache with doing this, because I’m such a perfectionist, and I think most artists are in our own ways. I must have sang ‘Pretty Little Poison’ a thousand times in the studio”
