The Jonas Brothers And Marshmello Team up For “Leave Before You Love Me”

The Jonas Brothers are back with their first single of the year. They teamed up with DJ Marshmello for a new dance-pop track, “Leave Before You Love Me.”

An Emotion-Filled Week For Jobros Fans

The Jonas Brothers have given fans a rollercoaster of emotions these last few weeks. First, Nick Jonas announced he will be hosting this year’s Billboard Music Awards. Later on, the group publicized they will be going on tour starting in August. Then, they announced the new song with Marshmello the same day of its release. Lastly, they also shared the stage with the DJ while performing “Leave Before You Love Me” this Sunday at the BBAM’s, which Nick hosted.

“Feels good dropping some new music for you guys. Thanks for having us on this one, Marshmello!”, they shared on Instagram.

The trio’s last album was Happiness Begins in 2019. Last year, they shared the singles “What a Man Gotta Do,” “X” with Karol G, “Five More Minutes,” plus the festive track “I Need You Christmas.”

The new track is an upbeat dance-pop jam. It will certainly be hitting radio stations just in time for the summer. This is the first time the trio works with Marshmello in the studio, but they are certainly no strangers to working with worldwide-known DJs. In 2019, they joined forces with Diplo for “Lonely.” Joe Jonas worked with Jonas Blue on “I See Love” and Loote on “Longer Than I Thought,” while his younger brother Nick has collaborated with Mustard on “Anywhere,” and Robin Schulz on “Right Now.”

Is a Jonas Brothers Album on The Way?

In 2020, the boy band revealed they had been “working hard” on a new album, but coronavirus then hit before they could announce the record.

Nick said at the time, “We have been back in the studio with Ryan Tedder, working hard on the new record. We will announce it in the next couple of weeks — title, track-list, all that.”

The Jonas Brothers’ new tour is called Remember This, and a track sharing a matching name is rumored to be released sometime in the summer before the tour kicks off.
