Acclaimed actress, singer, and songwriter Mandy Moore revealed she has new music and tour coming “very soon.”
Mandy Took a Big Music Break
Mandy has made it clear that she loves to be involved in music. In 2020, she came back with her new album Silver Landings, which was her first LP since 2007’s Wild Hope! Nevertheless, Mandy worked on some singles over the years like 2019’s “When I Wasn’t Watching” and the songs she did for the tv show This Is Us, which she stars in.
Well, it turns out that Mandy won’t make fans wait too long for new music this time! In a lengthy Instagram post, she shared some big news. “Nearly 2 years ago, my first record in 11 years came into the world. We were 4 days away from leaving for my first tour since 2007 when the pandemic shut the world down. It was hard to sort through the myriad of emotions of what it took to make that music: the disappointment and sorrow of unfulfilled dreams…. all while we were collectively grappling with and grieving the tragedy unfolding around the globe. So I turned back to music because that was the only catharsis I could find while stuck at home.”

New Music & Tour Coming Soon!
She continued, “With Taylor Goldsmith and Mike Viola, I started a new record during a very uncertain time… but it was also the mark of the ultimate chapter surrounding impending parenthood. Anyway…. all of this to tell you that there is new music coming very soon… and a tour! And I’m staying present and open to this experience revealing itself exactly how it’s supposed to. **** PS: your comments, love, and encouragement are so appreciated. Year already made. In recent years, Mandy has focused more on her acting career, and has starred in plenty of new movies like Midway, 47 Meters Down, Ralph Breaks the Internet, and The Darkest Minds.
