“Broken By Desire” Tour Information

The first 62-stop world tour starts in January 2023 and ends in July 2029. For an album out May 2023, the supporting tour should come after its release. Subsequently, UK, European, and American fans will not have the opportunity to hear the full album live since their legs last between early January and May 11. Only the Australian and New Zealand dates will experience Capaldi’s post-album glow.

This realization encourages fans to listen to the silver-certified single “Forget Me” and any future album singles in preparation for earlier tour dates.

Tickets are already on sale and selling quickly. Check Lewis Capaldi’s website for more information.

What We Know About Broken by Desire to Be Heavenly Sent by Lewis Capaldi

This time around, Capaldi is changing nothing. It is still straight-up honesty. “I don’t want to create a new sound for myself or reinvent myself,” he says in a statement. “The songs I want to write are emotional songs, about love or loss.”

With a lot of emphasis on sameness, the artist also revealed that most of the new record’s collaborators are also from his debut. “At least one of them’s on almost every song,” Capaldi said.

In September, he released “Forget Me,” which debuted at No.1 on the UK charts within its first week. With a humorous music video added to the mix, the single has almost 80M streams on Spotify despite no virality– something uncommon these days.

Then in late October came the new album and tour announcement via Instagram. In his caption, the singer confirmed that he is signing the first 2000 copies of his pre-ordered album. The sophomore album is out on May 19, 2023.
