Karol G has revealed the tracklist of Mañana Será Bonito (Bichota Season). The new project of the Colombian singer – which will be released on 8/11 – comes 6 months after the drop of last album Mañana Será Bonito and its many successes (‘X SI VOLVEMOS’, ‘PERO TU’, ‘TQG’).
For the occasion, “la bichota” formed a dream team, with names such as Peso Pluma, Kali Uchis, Dei V, Young Miko & Tiesto. There will also be a remix of ‘Una Noche en Medellin’ – probably the biggest reggaeton drop of 2022 – by the Chilean rapper Cris Mj.
What happened with “Una Noche en Medellin RMX”
The remix by Karol G, which had been previously announced in March 2022, was later canceled because of “coordination problem.s” The turning point came 4 months ago, when Karol G and Cris Mj performed “Una Noche en Medellin”live together at the Festival de Viña del Mar, Chile. But now, in a few days, fans will finally be able to play what could be the drop of the summer already.
News of ‘Bichota Season’ was revealed with a 30-second video trailer starring Karol G who, over a hard-hitting beat, draws her new album’s artwork using grains of pink and black salt. Towards the end of the clip, a voice ebulliently announces the start of Bichota Season.
Upcoming US tour
The album will drop on the same day that Karol G will launch her first-ever stadium trek across the US. Produced by Live Nation, the six-date tour is set to begin on 8/11 at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium and will hit Pasadena, Miami, Houston and Dallas with an end date of 9/7 at the Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
