Electronic trio Cheat Codes joined forces with country musician Lee Brice and pop artist Lindsay Ell for a new single, “How Do You Love.”
“How Do You Love” – EDM, Pop & Country All at Once
“How Do You Love” is infused with three leading music genres: pop, EDM, and country. The result? As you may imagine, a total banger. Cheat Codes have proved to be genre-defying for a while now, after the release of the EDM-punk “Ghost Story,” Latin-infused “Mad Love,” the iconic remix of “Pretty Girl,” and more recently, the rock-pop “All Things $ Can Do.” Nevertheless, they only keep surprising us.
The trio never rests when it comes to making new music. Just a few weeks ago, they released their newest album HELLRAISERS, Part 2. The first part of the album came out in May, only five months prior. And even so, they just gave us a brand new single to enjoy. “How Do You Love” is for anyone who likes any of these genres.

Cheat Codes spoke about how they made the fun music video for “How Do You Love.” “We flew down to Chicago with Lindsay Ell and surprised Lee Brice at one of his shows, which eventually became the official music video for the single. Lee Brice is a staple in the country community and knows how to make a heart swell so we couldn’t think of a better friend to take on the duet alongside Lindsay Ell. We hope you love this song as much as we did making it for you. The song has a special feeling of love and is something that’s relatable to everyone.”
The trio continued, “Sometimes you’re head over heels and sometimes that special someone is right under your nose but you never realized why – what we’ve learned to understand is, love takes time and we hoped to capture that feeling with ‘How Do You Love.’”
