Bryce Vine is Back With ‘Care At All’

Bryce Vine is back with a groovy new tune. ‘Care At All’ arrives five months later to his collaboration with Cheat Codes in ‘Stay’ and his 2020 EP Problems.

Bryce Vine Gets Personal in new Single

About the song’s story, Bryce says; “This is a song about the heartbreak of losing someone. It’s going through all the ways you try to get them off your mind, but nothing is working. It’s a pretty depressing concept, so I wanted to keep the vibe fun and energetic. I kept thinking about the song ‘Where Is My Mind’ by The Pixies and tapping into that energy. Like if they remade Fight Club in 2021, this song could be playing at the end as the buildings are blowing up.”

‘Care At All’ talks about Bryce being in a not-so-healthy relationship, where he struggles to stay sober and face the problems. “If I don’t pick up the phonе, you know I’m probably wasted / Someone taking mе home ’cause I ain’t sleeping alone / I’ve been drinking ’bout you too much lately / Overthinking, I hope I’m not crazy…Why do I even care at all?”

His Success Throughout the Years

This new single follows a productive couple of years for Bryce Vine. In 2019, he released his debut full-length, Carnival, which included the platinum YG-assisted hit ‘La La Land.; He carried that momentum into 2020, releasing the contemplative Problems EP, collaborating on the post-party anthem ‘Stay’ with Cheat Codes, and making the warm dance-pop single ‘Baby Girl’ with The Neptunes’ Chad Hugo. ‘Care at All’ is a reminder of what makes Bryce Vine’s music so alluring. ‘Care At All’ is also his first single project since August’s Problems EP, which he created thanks to the pandemic.

One week prior to the release of the new single, Bryce took to Instagram to announce the big news. “Yooo my first song of 2021 ‘Care At All’ comes out Friday. Click the link in my bio to pre-save!” This clearly marks the beginning of a big year for Bryce, as he is known for always working on new music.
