Familiar Faces As Drake, Billie Eilish, and Tinashe Win Out In This Week’s Tracks Rankings

There are heavy hitters on the horizon. Cardi B and Taylor Swift are just some of the earnest power players that will return to charts in the coming weeks as both have albums on the way. For the moment, the highlights of our Tracks rankings are names you’ve come across before, as Drake, Billie Eilish, and Tinashe stand out among the major storylines of this week.

Drake And His “Midas Touch” Uninterrupted As Another LP Looms

Despite some lukewarm reactions upon release, including ours, it seems that Drake didn’t miss much. Indeed, his “What Did I Miss” is sticking around in the top 10 some six weeks after its initial launch, as the scattered rollout for his reportedly impending “ICEMAN” continues. Anyone who figured that his Midas touch would expire in the wake of the Kendrick Lamar feud was likely telling themselves a story. Still, this record is concrete proof, not obscured in the slightest, as you could’ve argued the smashes out of his Some Sexy Songs For You with PARTYNEXTDOOR did. Again, quibble if you will with the supposed “time off” that Drake reports on the track, but he’s not missing a beat all the same.

Sabrina Carpenter, Alex Warren, Benson Boone. You likely recognize the characters in the “stale chart” conversation at this point, but we’ve realized that we’ve left one out of the cast in our previous coverage. A plotline that’s remained constant throughout all of 2025 has been the incredible legs that BIRDS OF A FEATHER, Billie Eilish’s latest and a record that’s creeping towards a year old at this point, has displayed. The title track and “WILDFLOWER” have been the biggest benefactors in this regard, the former finally departing our top 15 this week but a genuine factor in top 25 consideration without missing a beat. If nothing else, it’s an indicator of what it requires for true superstar status in today’s world, not only capturing a flash-in-the-pan Billboard hit but staying in the mix for months on end.

Tinashe Gets Creative For Her Latest Chart Pop

In the latest example of how rollout strategies aren’t just pre-release any longer, Tinashe is in focus once again, well after the release of Quantum Baby Pt. 2 and its associated “Nasty” moment. “No Broke Boys,” a song that read as commercially-minded even upon release, is experiencing its highest chart position to date on the back of a clubby official remix by Disco Lines. As seen with previous examples like HVME’s work on Travis Scott’s “Goosebumps,” hip-hop and R&B have found crossover potential in the electronic world on countless similar occasions. We’ll wait until she begins exploring this lane on her own accord to stamp this take truly, but this dancier line could be welcoming waters for Tinashe as she cooks up her next project.
