On the heels of his sophomore album, Loveseat, arriving this summer, the Portland-based musician Still Woozy announced the accompanying 31-date North American tour. Kicking off July 17 in Vancouver, BC, at the Commodore Ballroom, the Loveseat Tour will make stops at marquee venues including Pier 17 in New York City, Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO, and The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. Gus Dapperton, MICHELLE and PawPaw Rod will support on select dates. Tickets are on sale now.
Known for his psychedelic alternative tastes and collaborations with “Prescription” singer Remi Wolf, Woozy is charting in bigger spaces by singing the eponymous title track for the blockbuster rom-com Anyone But You, starring Sydney Sweeney (Euphoria) and Glen Powell (Top Gun: Maverick). To date, the upbeat track has amassed more than six million streams on Spotify alone.
“Again” is the singer’s newest trippy track, and his second individual release since his debut record, If This Isn’t Nice, I Don’t Know What Is—not including “Anyone But You” nor The Marias’ standalone remix of “Hush.” The single’s accompanying music video involves the Keith Haring-clad “Goodie Bag” singer talking to a tree and jumping into hot tubs. Both “Again” and the equally smiley “Shotput” serve as appetizers to the soon-to-be Loveseat experience. Still Woozy’s new sophomore album, Loveseat, is out June 28 via Interscope Records and can be pre-ordered on vinyl here.
