Tate McRae & Khalid are “Working” it on New Collab

Canadian breakout artist Tate McRae and Khalid got together for their new summer song, “Working.”

The “Working” Music Video is Coming!

The multi-talented dancer, singer, and songwriter Tate McRae kicked off with her Too Young To Be Sad EP in March. She has since released a collaboration with Troye Sivan, “You,” and a gloomy new ballad for Amazon’s Panic series Darkest Hour. More recently, she worked alongside blackbear for their track “u love u”. Now, she’s back with another new big collaboration; this time featuring R&B “Location” darling Khalid, who is “Working” alongside her on their bouncy new single.

“I am so stoked for this song I did with Khalid,” Tate said in a press release. “I usually release a lot of songs that are pretty emotional but this one is just a straight summer bop. We had such a fun time creating this song — I seriously can’t wait for everyone to hear it.”

On Twitter, Tate restated that point, writing, “This new song is a summer boppity. Like, who am I singing a somewhat happy song?… I have been writing some tear jerkers lately so this is new for me”. The video is coming “very soon,” she confirmed on her Instagram.
