Saiko, “Polaris (Remix)”:  July Has Never Been Hotter

Polaris (Remix) is the new track of Spanish artist Saiko, this time joined by his countryman Quevedo, Feid and the Puerto Rican singer/producer Mora.

Compared to the original, this new version has a fusion of reggaeton, EDM & rap thanks to the contributions of the various artists present on the track. Everyone does what they do best. Quevedo is really the plus of this drop, his versatility makes him perfect for every genre. Feid, on the other hand, put his typical style on the track, something you can do only if you have this quality (there are also a lot of quotes to his old songs, a sort of musical easter egg). Last but not least Mora, who, out of the three, is the “reggaetonero”, comfortable in Puerto Rico’s biggest tradition.

“Polaris (Remix)” evokes the nostalgia of a long-distance relationship in which the boy has doubts about whether he is reciprocated and expresses his interest in doing everything possible to be with her. With this remix, Saiko confirms his position as one of the revelation artists of the moment in Spain. But also as the artist who has managed to get together the three most outstanding voices in urban music to join his song today.

A Dream Come True

“Since September I’ve been waiting for the remix without being able to say anything. I was scared of making a remix of such a special song. But I think that everything has a meaning and it will be incredible. Even if it sounds typical, I dedicate it to all the people who have always followed me. We did it” – wrote Saiko before publication. “Today music won, no doubt. A fan releasing music with his idols and on top of that the song that changed my life. Nothing more to add, enjoy this and give it a lot of love”.

One thing is sure: thanks to Saiko, July is hotter than ever. And it’s just the beginning.
