Roddy Ricch returns with his new album, “LIVE LIFE FAST.” Born in Compton (CA) on October 22, 1998, Roderick Wayne Moore Jr is a rapper and singer. The artist had one of the strongest and most surprising debuts ever. In fact, in 2019, his “Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial,” debuted at No.1 on the Billboard 200 charts and stayed there for four weeks. The single has also won, not to mention the single “The BOX,” garnered two Video of the Year and Audience Choice nominations at the 2020 BET Awards. At the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards, it was nominated for Best Video hip-hop and Song of the Year.

The album begins with the powerful and touching llf that opens and dictates the guidelines of the entire production. The song, in fact, where the artist clarifies how life’s not only about “fast money, fast bitches, and fast cars” -as “my OG Pete told me,” even after success and fame. “[But] the consequences behind that life is glory. But all fast things must slow down at some point, Or life will force you to stop,” sings Roddy Ricch. The artist also underlines the value of time. “I’ve realized I’ve lived fast, I wanna take my time. Time is the most expensive luxury in the world. It’s something you spend and never get back, but you never know how much you have left”.
