No tequila and no vodka, but champagne. Ozuna decided to go classy on his latest investment and announced the launch of his new luxury champagne brand Vocation. The Puerto Rican rapper described his new product with a press release saying,
“Vocation is a Blanc de Noirs, made exclusively with 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir. It is currently available for sale in Puerto Rico and San Martín, distributed by CC1 Companies; New York, New Jersey and Miami, with distribution plans next year in several states of the US and in the Dominican Republic”.
The first Latin artist to own champagne brand
Ozuna is the first male Latin artist to have his own champagne line. Aproject on which he spent three years working. The process ended after his recent tour in Europe, when he was able to visit the vineyards. The artist has been involved in every detail of the development of the product that has the peculiarity that the label glows in the dark. La Maison Haton, which produces “Vocation”, is one of the most renowned champagne boutiques in the Champagne region of France, and is run by a fifth generation in charge of carrying on the family tradition since 1928.
“I am very happy to be able to venture into this new project and have the opportunity to shape my own brand of champagne. Putting my personal touch on it and creating an experience that truly reflects my vision”, said the singer of ‘Hey Mor’.
Ozuna is in good company if we talk about investments in the alcohol industry. Remember indeed Frank Sinatra in the ‘60s and his passion for Jack Daniels. Most recently Jay-Z (D’USSE Cognac) and Post Malone (Maison 9 Wine).
