A Walk-Through of the Jonas Brothers’ Journey

The three brothers released their first album in August 2006, It’s About Time. A year later, they released their second album, Jonas Brothers. At the time, they had appeared in one episode of the Disney Channel TV series Hannah Montana. Later that year, Disney’s Camp Rock was released, skyrocketing Jonas Brothers’ fame to the top. They released the single from the movie’s soundtrack, “Play My Music” which became an iconic song for pop culture. Thousands of fans started flooding their concerts and album signings when their third album A Little Bit Longer was released. During 2009 and 2010, they promoted their fourth album, Lines, Vines, and Trying Times, and went on a world tour. In 2013, they broke up as a band because of “creative differences.”

After six years of pursuing solo projects, the band surprised fans with a sudden return to the music industry in 2019, which trended as a hot topic on Twitter for weeks. Since then, the three brothers have taken the world once again by storm, featured on many talk shows, including the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Late-Night Show with James Corden, and special performances/acting skits for Saturday Night Live.

They released a full-length album named Happiness Begins, featuring Billboard chart-topping songs like “Sucker,” “Only Human,” and “Cool.” In 2020, while going on a worldwide tour, they released new singles, “What A Man Gotta Do,” “Like It’s Christmas,” “X” with Karol G, and “Five More Minutes.” A year later, they released “Leave Me Before You Love Me” in collaboration with DJ Marshmello.

In 2022, new singles “Remember This” and “Who Is In Your Head” led to the beginning of a short tour around the US, “The Remember This Tour.”  This year, they released a hit new single “Wings” and the aforementioned recent title track “Waffle House” for the newest album “The Album”.
