Jeremy Shada Shares Groovy Debut Album “Vintage”

Singer-songwriter and actor Jeremy Shada shared his debut album, Vintage. To celebrate, he released the music video for the lead single “Pretty Little Lies.”

“Pretty Little Lies” Offers Taste of Jeremy’s Groovy Sounds

The Julie and the Phantoms star has been releasing solo music since last year. Prior to Vintage, Jeremy had focused on only releasing singles, which gave us a hint of this artistry. From slow and sweet ballads to upbeat tunes to even some indie-rock sounds, Jeremy showed he’s a true artist who loves music.

His debut album Vintage proves nothing different, as all of the songs are meant to be enjoyed in different ways. The lead single, “Pretty Little Lies,” features a groovy, funky tune that will take you to a whole new dimension. Jeremy shares, “‘Pretty Little Lies’ is a peek behind modern culture’s ‘perfect on the outside’ facade told through a specific couple’s relationship crashing and burning. Honestly, my inspiration behind this song stemmed from the reality of toxic Hollywood relationships. You know you look good together but underneath it all, you’re dying inside. As much as this is a bop, I really hope people listen to the lyrics and realize the trends of modern dating.”

Vintage Redefines Romance in the Modern Age

Vintage includes a total of 12 songs, out of which 4 of them were released prior to the album release. With the assist from producers Zack Odom and Kenneth Mount, it’s a collection of autobiographical vignettes fusing pop music’s greatest eras to redefine romance in the modern age. Jeremy explains, “Vintage is really something special not only because it’s my debut album but because of the overarching theme. We see a story pan out of a man searching for love. There are ups and downs, loves lost and gained and in the end, a love that lasts a lifetime. Each track brings out a unique sound and has its own specific story that plays a part in this overarching classic love story.”
