Singer Fiona Maura is climbing to the top with her debut single, Motorcycle. To add new momentum to her career, the artist has recently released the song’s thrilling music video.
The song, a dream pop and indie track, is Maura’s first single and is slowly growing and bringing Fiona’s to a well deserved public.
Together with Gayle and many more artists, dream pop songstress Fiona Maura is one of the main discoveries of 2021. It is indeed her debut song Motorcycle that made her famous on multiple streaming platforms. The song, available everywhere, is in fact slowly but steadily growing since its release on June 25, 2021.
Motorcycle Music Video
The various scenes present, as she sings the lyrics of the song, the singer and a friend, together on a motorcycle. “I wanna ride on the back of your motorcycle and drive for miles,” she sings.
The two traverse the hidden and secluded streets just outside of Nashville. And the video isn’t an ordinary shot. The video is indeed incredible! Video maker Dylan Reeves shot the clips in the foreground while riding alongside the bike. “Shooting while on the motorcycle was an exhilarating experience” Fiona shares. “I was thrilled to bring the song to life-singing the lyrics ‘I wanna ride on the back of your motorcycle’ while holding tight and riding on the back of fellow singer-songwriter and music video actor, Deans Harlem’s Triumph Bonneville T100.”
The beginning of her ride
Fiona stated on her Spotify official profile that she “grew up in a musical family with strong Irish/folk roots.” She travelled and and performed “in various Florida folk festivals with The Chalmers Family Band.” Through these musical experiences, she “foreshadowed her artist career as she circled back to the same festivals and performed solo years later.” The artist also studied in college. She attended the Middle Tennessee State University where she graduated with a major in Recording Industry and a minor in Psychology.
