Songwriter, singer and actor Darren Criss is bringing holiday cheer across the globe with his A Very Darren Crissmas 2023 world tour, a live performance of his album of the same name.
A New Spin on the Classics
In 2021, the album chiefly acted as a compilation of Criss’ renditions of classic holiday songs. A Very Darren Crissmas sees Criss breathe a particularly unique new life into tunes like “The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire” and “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas.” A stacked list of features altogether complements Criss’ soothing voice. “(Everybody’s Waitin’ For) The Man With The Bag” sees a duet between Criss and Grammy-nominated American Idol star, Adam Lambert. Additionally, actress Evan Rachel Wood supports Criss on “Somewhere In My Memory” while country artist Lainey Wilson is featured on “Drunk on Christmas.”
