K-pop super group BLACKPINK has added several more dates for the North American leg of their upcoming world tour.
BLACKPINK’s Tour Date Additions
The Born Pink tour was originally going to have ten shows across the U.S. Thankfully, though, four extra dates have been added. BLACKPINK will be performing a second night at Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, and L.A. Get any tickets left here now!

This world tour will be the k-pop girl group’s first one since the In Your Area tour. In Your Area ended prematurely in 2020 due to COVID-19.
The Born Pink tour begins October 15th in Seoul. Afterwards, BLACKPINK head to Dallas, TX, for, not one, but two nights—October 25th and October 26th.
YG Entertainment’s Claims
While BLINKs in the U.S. are, of course, thrilled with the new dates, many fans are not as satisfied. Global fans are hoping YG Entertainment adds more dates and venues.
According to Ron Kim at Koreaboo, YG Entertainment even said, “BLACKPINK will embark on the largest-ever world tour for a K-Pop girl group by the end of the year alongside their comeback to expand their communication and reach with fans across the world. We will continue large-scale projects for the group as well.”
BLINKs want to see YG Entertainment live up to their claims. The “largest-ever world tour for a K-pop girl group” doesn’t seem to apply to what the Born Pink tour looks like right now. With venues only in North America and Europe, fans are hoping the world tour truly does live up to YG’s claims. They want to see venues in other countries, on other continents.
