They are hitting music festivals like last month’s Shakey Knees Fest to get music fans registered. You’ll see from HeadCount’s socials that artist like Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan are supporting their efforts.

Billie Eilish has been a longtime partner with HeadCount, a voting initiative to promote voting. Together with Eilish, other artists have supported and participated as well. HeadCount is a non-partisan voter engagement organization.

Recently, Steve Baltin at Forbes spoke with HeadCount’s Executive Director, Lucille Wenegieme, about what partnering with artists looks like. About Billie Eilish, Wenegieme shared, “We’ve worked with Billie [Eilish] before and she registered tens of thousands of voters with us in 2022.”

The young artist decided to partner with HeadCount to develop a voting initiative. The collaboration aims to get the singer’s fans voting in the 2022 U.S. midterm elections.
