Netflix is partnering with the NFL for a new docuseries: Quarterback. It will focus on each football season, where NFL quarterbacks will speak about their experiences.
An Exclusive Behind-the-Scenes From Top Quarterbacks
Quarterback will feature exclusive access to Patrick Mahomes, Kirk Cousins and Marcus Mariota from the beginning of the 2022 season to its conclusion, following them on and off the field, from inside the huddle with teammates to inside their homes with their families. As well, the show will feature behind-the-scenes access to some of the biggest moments of the season, such as Mahomes setting an NFL record for total offense on his way to winning the league and Super Bowl MVP awards.

Above all, this new Netflix series will show the time, preparation and balance that it takes to be an NFL quarterback and perform on the biggest stage.”

NFL Films, Omaha Productions and 2PM Productions will produce Quarterback. Additionally, Peyton Manning is executive producer for Omaha Productions. Ross Ketover, Pat Kelleher and Keith Cossrow are executive producers for NFL Films.
Netflix & Its Sports Series
Significantly, the new series will join one of the recent docuseries that Netflix has produced surrounding sports. In January, the streaming giant premiered Break Point, a tennis series that followed the top-ranked players in the world around the most prominent tournaments of the year. Later on, in February, it premiered Full Swing, a golf series. The new fifth season of Formula 1: Drive to Survive was premiered last month as well.
