Pop sensation Nessa Barrett announces her 25-date Church Club for the Lonely Tour in support of her new EP, hell is a teenage girl. Her biggest headline tour to date will receive support from newbie rocker MAY-A. Kicking off on October 6 in Austin, TX, at Austin City Limits Festival, the coast-to-coast tour will hit landmark locations, including a two-night stand in Anaheim, CA, at House of Blues and concluding on November 16 in Portland, OR, at Crystal Ballroom.
In promoting the “first phase” of Church Club for the Lonely Tour, Barrett said, “Performing for u guys is my favorite thing in the entire world and i can’t wait to see ur beautiful faces.”
Her eight-track EP, hell is a teenage girl, received critical acclaim with Live Nation’s OnesToWatch saying it’s “the 20-year-old songstress’s most emotional and personal release to date.” American Songwriter proclaimed, “the song, album, and artist, as one, pushes you and pushes you with a bouncy, driving tune. So much so that you want more.”
In anticipation of her upcoming tour, Barrett released the bass-defying track “sick of myself” with Whethan earlier this month.
