British girl group Little Mix released the lead single off their upcoming album Between Us, where they are going to celebrate their 10th anniversary since the band first formed.
Between Us Arrives on November 12
Between Us will be out later this year, on November 12. Alongside Little Mix’s biggest hits from the past decade, it will feature brand new songs as well. “Love (Sweet Love)” lands as the first new single to come out, and we are completely in love with it.
First of all, the music video features the girls looking like goddesses. But that’s not it – the video was filmed while Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne were still pregnant. Their baby bumps are just the cutest thing!
The song, as the video perfectly showcases, is about loving and appreciating yourself. “I been spendin’ time on everybody else. It’s time I did it for me…Never kept my magic all to myself. So now I’m gon’ give it to me. When it’s said and done. I’m gonna show me some. Love, sweet love,” they sing in the chorus.

“We’ve loved being back in the studio this year working on new songs for the upcoming album and can’t wait for everyone to hear what we’ve cooked up!” Perrie shared. “We are so excited for ‘Love (Sweet Love)’ to be the first single released from Between Us,” Leigh-Anne added. “We loved shooting the video for this song, it feels like a real moment.”
2021 has proved to be a record-breaking year for the band, with the trio becoming the first female group in history to win the BRIT Award for Best British Group. Earlier this year, “Sweet Melody” became Little Mix’s fifth number-one single. Also, the group celebrated 100 weeks in the Official UK Singles Chart Top 10 – the most for a girl band in history.
