Kevin Abstract dropped another single for his upcoming solo project. “Sierra Nights” is Kevin’s second solo track to release this year and it has fans excited for what’s cooking up.
The lead vocalist for Brockhampton released two songs in two months and he’s looking to focus on a solo career. Back in early July, he also dropped the track “SLUGGER” which featured UK indie star slothai and rapper $NOT.
His first single introduced a new era of Abstract and even revealed the artist’s new clothing brand Video Store. Now, with this second single out he is expanding on a new identity far from what we usually know. The track is a dreamy electronic ride through L.A. that has a heavy pop influence. With help from singer-songwriter Ryan Beatty for the course, Kevin comes us with something truly unique.
Beatty has been a longtime friend of the musician and even helped collaborate on Brockhampton’s Saturation II and Saturation III.

What’s Next For Kevin Abstract And Brockhampton?
And with all this new solo music coming from Kevin, it is obvious he is working hard on a new project hopefully coming soon. Thankfully, this doesn’t mean he is leaving the band we all know and love. And far as the rap collective Brockhampton, they are still alive and well, making music and recently performing at Lollapalooza.
From what we know through social media posts, the group is looking to make at least one more album before potentially parting ways.
And after dropping one of the biggest projects of 2021 with Roadrunner: New Light, New Machine, Kevin Abstract, and Brockhampton are currently working on some more new music.
The group is also set to go on a world tour in 2022. From January through June, they will be making 50 stops for the Right Here Right Now tour. To see dates and get tickets now click HERE.
