A tried-and-true tradition of the holiday slate of music, iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball tour is back in full effect this year. Though it’s been an ongoing series since 1996, the 2023 edition of the show boasts one of the biggest lineups they’ve rolled out to date.
2023 Jingle Ball Features the Likes of Olivia Rodrigo, SZA & More
In contrast to another radio giant’s big concert event, Hot 97’s annual Summer Jam series, iHeart’s production isn’t held in just one location. Instead, Jingle Ball functions as a mini-tour, taking holiday concerts through almost a dozen cities. Over the course of three weeks, from November 26th to December 16th, the media corporation is teaming up with local affiliates like Q102 in Pennsylvania and Hot 99.5 in Baltimore to put on some massive concerts in the coming months. All told, they’ll bring shows to Tampa, Dallas, LA, Chicago, Detroit, New York, Boston, DC, Philly, Atlanta and Miami for Jingle Ball 2023.
All the same, New York’s edition of the holiday bash no doubt comes with the most star power. On Friday, December 8th, Olivia Rodrigo, SZA, Sabrina Carpenter, Jelly Roll and Melanie Martinez will all take the stage. Fitting to the A-list names involved, Madison Square Garden will host the festivities, just blocks from another vaunted wintertime locale in Radio City Music Hall.
Generally speaking, each iteration of the show across the country will feature some formulation of the aforementioned acts, but there are some notable exceptions. Tampa, the first show scheduled, will see Niall Horan and Zara Larsson factor into the night’s events. Philadelphia’s show adds Usher, Detroit’s adds Lil Durk and Chicago adds Nicki Minaj. Each of the lineups is a bit different from show to show, so head to the iHeart website to grab tickets and for more detailed information on who you can expect to see at your city’s edition of the 2023 Jingle Ball tour.
