G Herbo Drops Bundle After Giving Us PTSD

Platinum-selling critically acclaimed Chicago rapper G Herbo just released a brand new two-song bundle last weekend with accompanying videos. This marks his first release of 2021 after charting on the Billboard 200 at No. 7 with 2020’s PTSD

Holding back nothing, G Herbo launches into “Break Yoself” with a laidback flow over a relentless 808. Meanwhile, on “Really Like That” he recalls his own story in vivid fashion as he spits with pure power and intensity.

The last time we heard from Herbo was on late last year’s “Statement“. It lived up to its name and let many see Herbo’s potential. At the end of the song, he also hinted that the “25 the album is coming soon”.

Since then, G Herbo’s been busy with his mental health initiative Swervin’ Through Stress. It provides young adults with resources including a helpline, crisis text line, and a free 12-week therapy intensive program.

Since being named to the XXL Freshmen Class in 2014, Herbo made his name well-known not only in the industry, but also in his community. His first big hit was “Pull Up” off his 2016 mixtape Strictly 4 My Fans. He made waves again with the single “PTSD” that featured Lil Uzi Vert, Juice WRLD, and Chance the Rapper. Get ready for more conscious rap over hard hitting Chicago drill beats coming from G Herbo.

The rapper seems to be feeling himself after a brief hiatus. And with a baby coming with wife Taina Williams, G Herbo will have plenty of inspiration and Motivation for the new music coming soon!
