Dua Lipa Considers Filming Upcoming Tour For Documentary

Dua Lipa is considering filming her upcoming Future Nostalgia tour for what could be a concert film or documentary.

The Future Nostalgia Tour Starts This February

The Future Nostalgia tour kicks off on February 9 in Miami, FL. The world tour will stop pretty much everywhere you can think of, including the US, the UK, Europe, Australia, and Latin America. The extensive tour will go on all year until its final date on November 16 in Perth, Australia. You can find all dates and tickets here.

It turns out, Dua is one of the hottest pop stars right now, and media outlets know that. She is currently deciding if she wants to have cameramen on tour with her to film the show and backstage action. She would not be the first musician to do this kind of film, as other singers like Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, Shawn Mendes, and the Jonas Brothers all have concert films.

Will Dua Decide to Film Her Tour?

An insider told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column, “Dua is one of the most in-demand stars in the world right now. Everyone wants a piece of her. Her team has been approached by various companies who are really eager to get a concert film or documentary with the singer. Dua is particular about what she does and won’t agree to anything she is not happy with. But she has signed off on having a cameraman on the road with her to capture everything that goes down.”

They added, “She thinks it would be cool to do a documentary but it would have to be for the right reasons, so she is just going to see how it goes. As well as preparing for the tour she has been working on her third album, so the sky is the limit right now. But if she does decide to turn the footage into a film, she could make a fortune because every streaming service would be eager to have her on board.”

The power that Dua has over the world at the moment is undeniable. Last year, she offered a live stream concert that every fan in the world could tune into when buying a ticket. Well, guess what? She later announced that the show had been viewed by over 5 million people globally!

We’ll have to wait and see if Dua decides to go on with the concert film, but we would definitely not be against it!
