She Gives A Special Gift To Fans

Carly Rae has been having an amazing year! In fact, she released her new album The Loneliest Time in October. Then, she finished the North American leg of the So Nice Tour on November 5 in Chicago. The tour will continue in Europe and the UK in February. But, before she takes a break from the stages, she creates a special music video for “Surrender My Heart.”

Performing in the heart of New York City this past November 17, Carly showcases her love of Broadway. She brings theatergoers on a journey through her newest music video, all performed on stage in front of a live audience. Before the performance, she worked with an all-star creative team to bring her Broadway pop vision to life. Carly includes signature vibrant colors and some exciting cameos.

A limited number of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut fans, 21 and older, had the chance to win access to this live event. Additionally, fans will have the chance to obtain specific props and costumes from the music video. Importantly, they will be auctioned off at a later date to benefit charities close to Carly’s heart.

Broadway Holds A Special Place In Carly’s Heart

“It’s almost impossible for me to express how much passion I have for theater and I’m beyond excited that Lenovo and Intel are going on this journey with me to turn one of my new tracks into a live Broadway-inspired music video,” Carly shared. “Broadway was hit especially hard throughout the pandemic. I love that I had the opportunity to utilize my new music to bring attention to this inspiring community.”

Actually, this is not the first time that Carly performs on Broadway. Back in 2014, she made her debut as Cinderella in the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical. After eight years, it’s nice to have her back and see how far she has come! Keep doing what you do best, Carly!
