Breakaway Festival returns and announces the names of the artists that will perform at the festival date in North Carolina. The performances, that will take place in Charlotte, will include The Kid Laroi, Illenium, Quinn XCII and Tiësto headlining the show.
Breakaway Festival
Breakaway Festival is the fastest growing multi-city music festival. It takes place in multiple states across the Midwest. These are Missouri, Michigan, Ohio and Carolina. A date in California has been added as well.

- Kansas City, MO: Aug 5-6
- Grand Rapids, MI: Aug 19-20
- Columbus, OH: Aug 26-28
- Charlotte, NC: Sept 30-Oct 1
- San Diego, CA: Oct 14-15
The North Carolina date
The North Carolina concert of the festival is probably the most awaited date among the other locations that Breakaway Festival proposed. In fact, Breakaway Festival announced nothing less than The Kid LAROI, Illenium, Tiesto to headline Breakaway Carolina 2022. The show, which is part of a series of 5 different concerts, presented a lineup of big names. Beside the headline artists, names like Tik Tok recent discovery Gayle, star Tai Verdes, Gale, Akraz, Gordo and Sullivan King will take part to the performance as well.
The show in Carolina will take place from Sept 30 to Oct 1, accompanying fans through the Halloween night. A huge venue will be used. The Charlotte Motor Speedway, where almost 30 incredible artists will perform their biggest hits.
The stand out talent is The Kid LAROI. Born Charlton Kenneth Jeffrey Howard, The Kid Laroi is the 18 years old new promise of pop music. The star grew up in Waterloo, Australia, where he developed his music passion. Very quickly he became one of the youngest superstars, collaborating with artists like Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus for singing on hits like Stay and Thousand Miles. Now Kid LAROI is one of the most influential artists and the most awaited one for the North Carolina date, if not the entire festival!
