Billboard Latin Music Awards Nominees & Performers Announced

This year’s Billboard Latin Music Awards will take place on September 23. Chart-topping artists include this year’s lineup. Find out who they are!

Get Ready For Mind-Blowing Performances at the Billboard Latin Music Awards

Camila Cabello, Christian Nodal, Juanes, Natti Natasha, Prince Royce, Ana Barbara, Carlos Rivera, Myke Towers, Reik, and Rauw Alejandro will be performing at the awards. These artists make up the first lineup of confirmed performers at the annual awards show. 

Telemundo will be broadcasting the three-hour award show live. The event will recognize 59 categories and take place in Florida’s Watsco Center on September 23 at 7 pm ET; with the traditional red carpet special followed by the awards show at 8 pm ET.

The ceremony will coincide with Billboard Latin Music Week; which returns to Miami from September 20-24, 2021. It will host live conversations and performances with superstars such as Karol G, Daddy Yankee, Kany García, Raymix, Natti Natasha, Myke Towers, Rauw Alejandro, Tainy, Nicky Jam, among others.

Bad Bunny Lands 22 Nominations

Natasha, Royce, Nodal, Reik, Alejandro, and Towers are all finalists competing for awards. They’re in categories such as New Artist of the Year, Latin Pop Song of the Year, and Airplay Song of the Year.

Bad Bunny’s albums El Último Tour del Mundo, YHLQMDLG, and Las Que No Iban a Salir landed him as a finalist for artist and top Latin album of the year. He leads the list with an outstanding 22 nominations. He is up against chart-topping singer Maluma with 11 awards and J Balvin with 9 awards.

Kali Uchis, Karol G, Natti Natasha, Rosalía, and Selena Gomez are up for the Female Artist of the Year Award. While Aventura, Banda MS de Sergio Lizárraga, Black Eyed Peas, Eslabon Armado, and Los Legendarios round out the top Latin Albums Artist of the Year in the duo or group category.
