Though not on tour, Adele has announced new show dates for this August. She will be heading to Munich, Germany, for ten dates that span the month. Beginning on Friday, August 2, she’ll open her show series at the Open Air Arena – Messe München. Then, the “Rolling in the Deep” singer will spend the rest of August in Munich, up until the very last day of the month, Saturday, August 31.
Notably, these exclusive European performances are the first time Adele has taken the stage in mainland Europe since 2016. According to Ticketmaster, she’ll be performing “in an open-air environment that has been exclusively created for these special shows.” The arena has a capacity of 80,000 people.
While fans are ready to see Adele in Munich, many are upset with the ticket prices. One normal seat prices at €369.00, which is approximately $465.01. A VIP seat can cost €1,152.50, which is approximately $1,452.38.
